fitting worked at high temperatures especially for silent diesel generator sets.
Cylinder liner: Yangzhou Wutingqiao Piston: Hunan Jiangbin (military enterprises),
≥ 350KW using Germany Mahler piston;
Piston ring: Anqing (Japan, USA and China tripartite joint venture)
Crankshaft: forged steel, instead of casting material, forged steel crankshaft with high strength.
Cylinder head: Weichai original products.
Oil sump:
flat design reducing the engine's height;
increasing the capacity of oil and the cooling area.

At present, our company has three advanced assembly lines with complete supporting equipments
and auxiliary facilities, two of which are assembly lines and one is packaging line.
The assembly lines have realized automatic operation mode. Experienced and skilled operators perform
on-site operations in accordance with process control procedures and operating instructions to ensure
products meet customer requirements.
The assembly line has a reasonable design and the staff work closely together. Each assembly line
can produce 130 diesel engines in 8 hours.
