     At present, our company has three advanced assembly lines with complete supporting equipments and auxiliary facilities, two of which are assembly lines and one is packaging line.
     The assembly lines have realized automatic operation mode. Experienced and skilled operators perform on-site operations in accordance with process control procedures and operating instructions to ensure products meet customer requirements.
     The assembly line has a reasonable design and the staff work closely together. Each assembly line can produce 130 diesel engines in 8 hours.

     We mainly produce a series of direct injection and eddy current diesel engines, and various types of generator sets, with the product power covering from 20KW to 462KW.

     Our company has four advanced test stands, each of which is equipped with automatic water temperature control, automatic oil temperature control and temperature control system before and after intercooling, which can realize the accurate control of engine inlet and outlet water temperature, oil temperature and post-intercooling air temperature during the test. 
     Each test bench can accurately measure engine speed, torque, power, fuel consumption rate, water temperature, oil temperature, before and after intercooling temperature and other engine performance parameters. Each parameter measurement accuracy is within 0.5%.
